I am Dawn Robertson, the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Principal and an Infrastructure-First AI specialist. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with an MBA in Marketing Management from the Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan and a BA in Economics from Brown University, I bridge the gap between strategic business goals and robust technical execution.
My experience includes enterprise-scale launches in healthcare, health IT, and dental benefits, including the Delta Dental Individual Dental Plan and HealthSource—a transformative, AI-based Health Information Exchange platform at Ciox.
Today, my work is focused on architecting custom, multi-agent AI systems and defensive AI infrastructure. I design production-ready agents and data pipelines using frameworks like Alfred v15, which prioritize stability, financial auditing, and observability. By ensuring workload isolation, token governance, and data integrity, I help enterprises scale their AI capabilities safely and predictably without unexpected downtime or runaway costs.
